s2 Inventory is a place for your school to store details about your inventory - you know, laptops, televisions, expensive things. Things you need to keep track of. It let's you organise those things in buildings and areas to make it easy to find the item details. And with built in reports it's pretty easy to get lists of items back out, well we all like a good list, don't we ?
s2 Inventory is in the cloud. That means there is nothing to install and no fancy boxes on site with flashing lights. All you need is a device with a web browser and you are good to go.

What, Where, Who
s2 Inventory covers the core needs of any school inventory system
What
All schools have important things that need to be tracked. We refer to them as items. Simple enough. We describe an item with just enough detail to be useful, but not so much that it's overwhelming. Things like name, make, model, serial number, category.
Where
Let's face it, location is everything. It's easy to find something if we know where to start looking. And we live in the real world so that's how we let you organise your items. If your school has more than one building that's fine. We let you add multiple buildings and split them into areas to match the physical world.
For example Main Building > Year 6 classroom > HP Deskjet (rc23128834).
Who
It's not what you know but who you know. All items can be tagged with an owner, so you know who to talk to.

One off data import service
If you have your asset data in a spreadsheet we provide an assisted service to help get your data in shape and uploaded into s2 Inventory.
We will review your data first to make sure it's viable then work with you to make any adjustments and import it for you.
All prices exclude VAT which is payable at the prevailing rate.

If you need an on site audit our partner has you covered
We partner with B2 Services for onsite audits. They have more years carrying out audits than they would care to admit to. A professional onsite audit service to do the dirty work for you. One of their team will come to your school and fully audit all agreed assets, and on completion of your audit, your data is loaded into s2 Inventory for you.
